As we move toward the Winter Solstice, this season invites us to slow, listen, and return to what is essential. At Journey with Kindred Souls, our work continues to center the Third Presence — the regulating, attuned field that emerges when nervous system safety and soul wisdom meet.

Psychotherapeutic Reiki Foundations A self-paced introduction to integrating Reiki as a co-regulating presence within psychotherapy and healing work. This course emphasizes nervous system safety, practitioner regulation, and relational attunement.
Healing Relational Trauma with HeartMath A practical, heart-centered approach to nervous system regulation using HeartMath coherence practices, with a focus on relational trauma, emotional resilience, and self-trust.
These offerings are designed to support both personal regulation and professional depth — beginning from presence rather than performance.
Looking Ahead to the New Year
The new year brings an expansion of our nervous-system-and-soul–informed work:
Psychotherapeutic Reiki Fundamentals Applications are now open for this live, experiential course. Fundamentals deepens clinical application, relational presence, and the embodied use of Reiki as a therapeutic support within the Third Presence framework. We kick off on February 4 11:30-1:30 ET for 5 weeks.
Launching Our Signature Protocol: From Lock to Liberation In 2025, we’ll be introducing From Lock to Liberation — a signature nervous system–based protocol for healing emotional and physical pain. This work integrates sound, somatic awareness, and soul-informed meaning-making to gently unwind protective patterns and restore coherence.
Now Offering Brainspotting Brainspotting is now available as part of our integrative approach. This modality supports deep nervous system processing by accessing where experiences are held in the brain and body — allowing healing to unfold beyond words, within a regulated relational field.

Journey with Kindred Souls A sanctuary for sensitive souls — where nervous systems find resonance. Journey with Kindred Souls is our home for nervous system education, sound-based support, courses, and practitioner trainings rooted in regulation, resonance, and soul-aligned healing.
TheraChi Healing Holistic psychotherapy and nervous system healing. TheraChi Healing remains our clinical psychotherapy practice, offering integrative, relational therapy that weaves nervous system science, somatic approaches, and depth-oriented healing.
This clarification allows each space to serve its purpose more clearly while remaining deeply connected.
