Seeking: Podcast Guests
The Spiritually Curious Therapist podcast is looking for guests in 2026 who would like to contribute to conversations about the intersection of nervous system and soul work. If you are working in this realm or know folks who are, please email us at TheSpirituallyCuriousTherapist@gmail.com - we'd love to discuss!
Introducing: The Regulation & Resonance Corner
A sanctuary for sensitive systems to reconnect with safety, coherence, and flow.
This space was created as an extension of the work we do together a gentle place to ground, regulate, and restore between sessions. Inside, you’ll find guided practices, audio and video resources, journaling prompts, and reflections to help your nervous system return to a state of balance and resonance.
*Free access is included for all active TheraChi Healing and Journey with Kindred Soul clients.
*Community access is now open to non-clients for a small monthly contribution of $9/month (or $90/year).
Your membership helps sustain this evolving library and allows us to keep adding new practices, meditations, and seasonal resources inspired by real-life experiences with clients and students.
Now Offering: Brainspotting Therapy
I’m excited to share that I’m now offering Brainspotting, a powerful, body-based therapeutic method developed by Dr. David Grand.
Brainspotting helps the brain and body process experiences that talking alone can’t always reach. Using eye positions connected to where emotion and memory are stored in the brain, it allows us to access the body’s innate capacity to heal — gently and at your nervous system’s pace.
In my work, I weave Brainspotting into a holistic and relational approach, creating a safe, grounded space where old patterns can release and new possibilities can emerge.
New Modality: JournalSpeak + Brainspotting
I’m excited to announce a new offering that blends expressive journaling (JournalSpeak) with Brainspotting to support deeper healing in chronic pain, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation.
In this integrative approach, we begin by drawing out what’s held in words through guided journaling. From there, we locate and work with “brain spots” — visual focal points tied to bodily, emotional, and subconscious material — to gently release what language can’t touch alone. Afterward, we return to the journal to help you translate and integrate new insights into your everyday experience.
This pairing gives you the somatic depth of Brainspotting and the reflective power of writing — a practice you can carry between sessions. If you’ve ever felt that there’s more under the surface than your words can reach, this could be an invitation into that deeper territory.
