Soul Locks: Why We Get Stuck in Old Patterns

Sometimes we feel trapped in relationship loops or inner struggles that don’t make sense on the surface. I call these Soul Locks, protective patterns woven deep into our nervous system and spirit. A Soul Lock forms when part of us holds onto an old hurt or survival response so tightly that it blocks us from feeling free, connected, or fully ourselves.

The good news is that Soul Locks can be gently released. Through practices like sound-based nervous system repair, energy work, and compassionate presence, we can soften those locked places and invite in healing. When a Soul Lock begins to unwind, people often describe feeling lighter, more spacious, and more aligned with their true self.

If you’ve ever wondered why you keep repeating the same cycles, or why certain wounds feel like they hold such power, Soul Locks might be the missing piece.
